SACS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SACS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,263 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SACS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTN3, NEMP1, and SLC38A9. Each is linked with SACS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SACS-to-partner and partner-to-SACS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RTN3 grouped by SACS-low versus SACS-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SACS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SACS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
