SACM1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SACM1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,538 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SACM1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QRICH1, TBC1D5, and KIAA1143. Each is linked with SACM1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SACM1L-to-partner and partner-to-SACM1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SACM1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SACM1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
