Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SACM1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,171 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SACM1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP85, WDCP, and ZNF146. Each is linked with SACM1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SACM1L-to-partner and partner-to-SACM1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SACM1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SACM1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
