Across TCGA patient cohorts, SACM1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,461 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SACM1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANO10, ARL6IP5, and MOSPD2. Each is linked with SACM1L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SACM1L-to-partner and partner-to-SACM1L results are reported.
