SAAL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,680 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAAL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C11orf58, CDK1, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with SAAL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAAL1-to-partner and partner-to-SAAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAAL1 versus C11orf58 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
