SAAL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAAL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,426 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, NCAPH, and PCNA. Each is linked with SAAL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAAL1-to-partner and partner-to-SAAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAAL1 versus GINS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
