Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,213 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAAL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sister chromatid cohesion, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with SAAL1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAAL1-to-partner and partner-to-SAAL1 results are reported.
