The most reproducible SAA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Complement-mediated synapse pruning, Negative regulation of immune response, and Skin epidermis development. Each is linked with SAA4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAA4-to-partner and partner-to-SAA4 results are reported.
