SAA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,848 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRAM1, DOK3, and NCF1. Each is linked with SAA2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAA2-to-partner and partner-to-SAA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAA2 versus PRAM1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
