Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-48P, RN7SKP145, and RNU6-1097P. Each is linked with SAA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAA2-to-partner and partner-to-SAA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-48P grouped by SAA2-low versus SAA2-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
