SAA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,194 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAA1, TNIP1, and C3. Each is linked with SAA2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAA2-to-partner and partner-to-SAA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAA2 versus SAA1 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
