Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,474 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Regulation of defense response to virus. Each is linked with SAA2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAA2-to-partner and partner-to-SAA2 results are reported.
