Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, S1PR5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible S1PR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt, p27_pT157, and PRAS40_pT246. Each is linked with S1PR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR5-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt grouped by S1PR5-low versus S1PR5-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
