S1PR5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, S1PR5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,940 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S1PR5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sphingolipid mediated signaling pathway, Sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with S1PR5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR5-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Sphingolipid mediated signaling pathway grouped by S1PR5-low versus S1PR5-high in KIDNEY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
