S1PR4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S1PR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,400 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S1PR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFPT, GMDS, and A4GALT. Each is linked with S1PR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR4-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S1PR4 versus TFPT in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
