S1PR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S1PR4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S1PR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, EGFR_pY1068, and MEK1. Each is linked with S1PR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR4-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by S1PR4-low versus S1PR4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
