S1PR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, S1PR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S1PR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6, TLE7, and PRAMEF10. Each is linked with S1PR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR4-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-6 grouped by S1PR4-low versus S1PR4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
