S1PR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S1PR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,298 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S1PR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, LAMA4, and TGFB1I1. Each is linked with S1PR3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR3-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
