Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, S1PR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated S1PR2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher S1PR2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated S1PR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, PRAD, and DLBC are the cancer types where S1PR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
