S1PR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S1PR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,332 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S1PR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, SEPTIN4, and CAVIN1. Each is linked with S1PR1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR1-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S1PR1 versus PRKG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
