Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, S1PR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,123 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible S1PR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEMA3G, EDNRB, and KCNN3. Each is linked with S1PR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR1-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S1PR1 versus SEMA3G in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
