S1PR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S1PR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S1PR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, PDCD4, and MEK1. Each is linked with S1PR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR1-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by S1PR1-low versus S1PR1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
