Across TCGA cell cohorts, S1PR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,541 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S1PR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Serotonin transport, Positive regulation of cytoskeleton organization, and Cellular response to molecule of fungal origin. Each is linked with S1PR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR1-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR1 results are reported.
