Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, S100PBP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated S100PBP data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher S100PBP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated S100PBP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where S100PBP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
