S100PBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100PBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,188 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100PBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAE1, AQR, and NELFB. Each is linked with S100PBP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100PBP-to-partner and partner-to-S100PBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S100PBP versus SAE1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100PBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100PBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
