Across TCGA cell cohorts, S100PBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,595 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100PBP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of organelle assembly, and Spliceosomal complex assembly. Each is linked with S100PBP in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100PBP-to-partner and partner-to-S100PBP results are reported.
