Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,745 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible S100A9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AZU1, CAMP, and ELANE. Each is linked with S100A9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A9-to-partner and partner-to-S100A9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S100A9 versus AZU1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A9→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
