Across TCGA cell cohorts, S100A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,912 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein nitrosylation, Peptidyl-cysteine S-nitrosylation, and NMDA selective glutamate receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with S100A9 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A9-to-partner and partner-to-S100A9 results are reported.
