Across TCGA cell cohorts, S100A9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,207 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible S100A9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peripheral nervous system myelin maintenance, Cellular response to carbohydrate stimulus, and Mitotic G1 DNA damage checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with S100A9 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A9-to-partner and partner-to-S100A9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peripheral nervous system myelin maintenance grouped by S100A9-low versus S100A9-high in LIVER.
