S100A8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4LP12, KPNA2P1, and FCF1P3. Each is linked with S100A8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A8-to-partner and partner-to-S100A8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND4LP12 grouped by S100A8-low versus S100A8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A8→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
