S100A6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, S100A6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,333 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL3, IMPDH2, and IMP4. Each is linked with S100A6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A6-to-partner and partner-to-S100A6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A6→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
