S100A4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,962 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSCAR, ITGB2-AS1, and MRC1. Each is linked with S100A4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A4-to-partner and partner-to-S100A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
