S100A3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,104 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMCN1, CNRIP1, and CASS4. Each is linked with S100A3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A3-to-partner and partner-to-S100A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
