S100A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,623 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100A3, KRT6A, and ANXA2. Each is linked with S100A2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A2-to-partner and partner-to-S100A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
