The most reproducible S100A16-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100A13, S100A14, and S100A6. Each is linked with S100A16 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A16-to-partner and partner-to-S100A16 results are reported.
