The most reproducible S100A13-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER1A, ARHGAP29, and C7. Each is linked with S100A13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A13-to-partner and partner-to-S100A13 results are reported.
