S100A13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, S100A13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,106 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of interleukin-1 alpha production, Regulation of interleukin-1 alpha production, and Positive regulation of chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 5 production. Each is linked with S100A13 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A13-to-partner and partner-to-S100A13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A13→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
