Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RYR3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RYR3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher RYR3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RYR3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
READ, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where RYR3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
