RYR3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RYR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 824 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RYR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHNYN, GID8, and PXMP4. Each is linked with RYR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYR3-to-partner and partner-to-RYR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RYR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RYR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
