Across TCGA patient cohorts, RYR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 122 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RYR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Cyclin-E2, and Bak. Each is linked with RYR3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYR3-to-partner and partner-to-RYR3 results are reported.
