RYR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RYR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RYR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with RYR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYR2-to-partner and partner-to-RYR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RYR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RYR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
