RYR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RYR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,915 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RYR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC163, PRR14L, and CCDC116. Each is linked with RYR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYR2-to-partner and partner-to-RYR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RYR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RYR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
