RYR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RYR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,367 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RYR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf56, SLCO1A2, and RBAK. Each is linked with RYR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYR1-to-partner and partner-to-RYR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RYR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RYR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
