RYR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RYR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,073 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RYR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, CENPU, and HPGDS. Each is linked with RYR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYR1-to-partner and partner-to-RYR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RYR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RYR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
