Across TCGA cell cohorts, RYR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,870 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RYR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with RYR1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYR1-to-partner and partner-to-RYR1 results are reported.
