RYR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RYR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,037 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RYR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYND8, PIGL, and FCHO1. Each is linked with RYR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYR1-to-partner and partner-to-RYR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RYR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RYR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
