RYBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RYBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,891 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RYBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P30, RBMY2GP, and VWC2L-IT1. Each is linked with RYBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYBP-to-partner and partner-to-RYBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P30 grouped by RYBP-low versus RYBP-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RYBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RYBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
