Across TCGA cell cohorts, RYBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,348 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RYBP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin formation, Endosomal transport, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with RYBP in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RYBP-to-partner and partner-to-RYBP results are reported.
