RXYLT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXYLT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXYLT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB8A, MYG1, and NUFIP2_S572. Each is linked with RXYLT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-RXYLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RXYLT1 versus RAB8A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXYLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXYLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
