RXYLT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXYLT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,264 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXYLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAZ, GABRR2, and MYO1B. Each is linked with RXYLT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-RXYLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RXYLT1 versus YWHAZ in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXYLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXYLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
